Starter Package
Includes:
• Session 1, 1.5 hours, where we explore your history, physical and emotional symptoms, and your goals
• Session 2, 60 to 90 minutes, where we work with regression hypnosis and tailored healing
• Session 3, 30 minutes, a follow-up to review progress, provide exercises, and give feedback
Post-therapy support is also included via email or WhatsApp for two weeks

Additional Support
If you wish to continue working on another emotional conflict, additional coaching sessions of 40 minutes each are available
