I’m Estefanía, a holistic therapist with a background as a surgical technician and years of experience in healthcare. I specialise in Reparative Regression Hypnosis©, helping clients access their subconscious, release old patterns, and uncover the roots of emotional or physical challenges. I also integrate Bio-Transgenerational Decoding©, Biological Repair Decoding©, and supportive tools like writing therapy and breathing exercises to enhance insight and healing. I genuinely love helping others through their healing process, and guiding clients toward growth and well-being is deeply rewarding.

Outside of my work, I cherish nature, my children, and family, which are central to my life and values.
